UPS is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to lead daily hub and transit operations in Pampanga. You will manage sorting, scanning, loading, unloading and dispatch, while directing staffing, supervision of team leaders and staff, and enforcing safety policies.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with multiple teams, drive improvements, and provide coaching and reporting. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work night shifts and manage

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
Experience in hub operations, logistics, freight or warehouse operations.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of shipment processing, sorting, scanning, routing, loading and dispatch.
Understanding of safety, security and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

Oversee daily hub operations, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading and dispatch.
Develop staffing plans, allocate manpower and supervise team leaders and staff.
Enforce safety policies and operating procedures.
Monitor KPIs, accuracy, and delivery performance; address issues promptly.
Coordinate with ramp, gateway, maintenance, security and other teams.
Identify training needs and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure equipment availability and maintain workplace housekeeping.
Prepare operational reports and drive process improvements.
