Job summary

SPX Express in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. The role involves leading briefings, ensuring KPI achievement, and reporting on hub performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics/hub environments, with payments processing experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster and able to do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents meeting minutes.
• Monitors hub performance to meet KPIs and productivity targets.
• Creates, reviews and validates Hub reports.
• Assists Customer Support with call outs to resolve escalations.
• Implements process improvement initiatives to increase hub productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams.
• Performs other hub operations tasks as needed.
