Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations specialist to support day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting and dispatch, while ensuring efficient inventory management. You will help monitor KPIs and contribute to accurate hub reporting and customer escalations.

The role requires leadership experience in a hub or warehouse, plus 3+ years in logistics and payments processing. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned across the cluster is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder required.
• At least 3 years of logistics, warehouse and distribution experience.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or related functions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and to do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations and call-outs.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub support tasks as required.
