Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.

You will lead team briefings, document minutes, monitor hub performance against KPI targets, create and validate reports, assist Customer Support with escalations, drive process improvements, handle payment transactions, and coordinate with agency

Qualifications

Assist in day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels and inventory control.
Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes.
Monitor hub performance to meet KPI targets.
Create, review and validate reports of the hub.
Assist Customer Support with escalations.
Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
Handle payment transactions and other payment processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams.
Perform other tasks related to hub operations.
