SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated operations assistant to support daily hub activities in our Philippines facility.

You will help manage parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and receiving in-transit parcels to ensure smooth workflow. You will also assist in monitoring hub performance against KPIs, create and review hub reports, support the Customer Support team for escalations, and participate in process-improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities) including parcel inbounding and sorting.
• Dispatch riders and receiving in-transit parcels to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in hub stock control.
