Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities across inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch in our Manila hub. You will monitor KPI performance, generate hub reports, and support the Customer Support team in resolving escalations.

This role requires strong leadership in a hub setting, experience with payments processes, and a willingness to work shifts and be deployed across the designated cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Leadership role experience in warehouse or hub environment is preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and work shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile) including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve KPIs and productivity targets.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
