Job summary

SPX Express Philippines is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hub operations, inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control across the last mile and first mile processes.

The role requires leading teams, producing hub reports, monitoring KPIs, handling payments, and driving process improvements to boost productivity. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned across clusters is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hub/warehouse environment.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory control).
• Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes.
