Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hub activities, inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control. You will drive KPI performance, generate hub reports, and support escalation calls for customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics with leadership experience in a warehouse or hub. shift flexibility and willingness to be assigned across the cluster are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.
• Willing to learn and assist administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, inventory).
• Support monitoring of hub performance and KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
