Job summary

Shopee in Manila seeks an experienced Hub Operations Lead to support day-to-day hub activities, drive productivity, and manage reports. The role covers last mile and first mile tasks, with leadership oversight across a warehouse/hub environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, implementing process improvements, coordinating with agency teams, and handling payments processing. Shift work and cluster-wide assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile activities).
• Conducts team briefing and documents meeting minutes.
• Monitors hub performance to ensure productivity and KPIs.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Assists Customer Support with escalations.
• Implements process improvements to increase hub productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators for overseeing agency teams.
• Other tasks related to hub operations.
