Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management. You will monitor hub performance, generate reports, and assist with customer escalations.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, leadership experience in a hub, and proficiency in MS Office. You may be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and will work shift schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse/hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound/outbound, sorting, rider dispatch, inventory).
• Support monitoring of hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Create, review and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
