Job summary

SPX Express seeks a Hub Operations Supervisor to assist in day-to-day hub operations across the last mile and first mile activities, ensuring productivity and KPI targets are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in logistics, leadership in a hub environment, and experience in payments processing. Willingness to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and to work shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day hub operation (both last mile and first mile activities).
• Includes parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting.
• Supports monitoring hub performance and ensures KPI targets are met.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
