Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced hub operations professional to lead day-to-day activities across last mile and first mile processes. You will supervise parcel inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch while driving KPIs and productivity for the hub.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics with leadership exposure; experience in payments handling is a plus. Flexibility for shifts and cluster-wide assignments is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile) including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting
• Supports in monitoring hub performance by ensuring productivity levels and Hub KPI’s are efficiently met.
• Creates, reviews and validates reports of the Hub
• Assists Customer Support team in call outs to solve Customer support escalations
• Implements process improvement initiatives & projects geared towards increasing Hub productivity
• Handle payment transactions and other payment processes
• Coordinates with agency coordinators in overseeing agency teams
• Other tasks related to the operations of the Hub
