Job summary

SPX Express Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, inbound and outbound handling, and inventory management.

You will help monitor hub performance against KPIs, create and review hub reports, assist Customer Support with escalations, and drive process improvements. The role also handles payments and coordinates with agency teams, with shift work across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership role in a warehouse/hub.
• Experience in payments processing.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.
• Strong learning mindset; able to support hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management.
• Monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
