Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile processes. You will supervise a team, track KPI performance, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities include coordinating with riders and agency teams, handling payment processes, and ensuring accurate reporting. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics are required, with willingness to work across a designated cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operation including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting.
• Monitors hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI targets are met.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Assists Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Implements process improvements to increase hub productivity.
• Oversees payments processing.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Performs other hub operation tasks.
