Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a skilled Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch and inventory control. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics, with leadership experience in a warehouse or hub setting.

You will support payments processing, create reports, and drive process improvements to boost productivity. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned across clusters is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution; e-commerce fulfillment a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse/hub environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving, inventory).
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance to meet KPIs and productivity goals.
