Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day hub activities across inbounding, sorting, dispatch, inventory, and last-mile tasks in Manila.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in logistics, leadership in a hub, and experience in payments processing, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned to the designated cluster is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster; able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving, inventory management).
• Monitor hub performance to achieve KPI targets.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
