Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Experience leading a team in warehouse or hub operations.
• Experience in payments processing or related tasks.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations for last mile and first mile activities.
• Lead team briefings and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and KPI targets for productivity.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Drive process improvement projects to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for team oversight.
• Perform other hub operations tasks as needed.
