Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a proactive Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit items and inventory control.

You will conduct team briefings, monitor hub KPIs, assist in payments processing, coordinate with agency teams, and drive process improvements to boost productivity across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile activities).
• Conducts team briefings and documents minutes.
• Monitors hub performance and KPI targets.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Supports Customer Support to resolve escalations.
• Implements process improvements to raise productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators and teams.
• Other hub operations tasks as required.
