Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse, or Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile activities).
• Conducts team briefings and documents minutes of meetings.
• Supports in monitoring hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Creates, reviews and validates reports of the Hub.
• Assists Customer Support in solving escalations.
• Implements process improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators.
• Performs other hub operations tasks.
