Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile operations, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.

You will drive productivity by monitoring KPIs, conducting briefings, preparing reports, and coordinating with agency teams, while handling payments processing and continuously pursuing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations, including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving, and inventory control.
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in solving escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to raise productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub operation tasks.
