Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operation, inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and meet KPIs.
• Create and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub operation tasks.
