Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.

You will lead team briefings, monitor hub performance against KPI targets, produce reports, assist Customer Support with escalations, and drive process improvements plus payments processing. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned across the designated cluster is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in leadership roles in warehouse/hub environments preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile).
• Conducts team briefings and notes minutes.
• Monitors hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Creates, reviews, and validates hub reports.
• Supports Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Implements process improvements to increase productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators for oversight.
• Other tasks related to hub operations.
