Job summary

SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Specialist to assist in day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.

You will help monitor hub performance against KPIs, create and review hub reports, assist the Customer Support team with escalations, and drive process improvements to boost productivity. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics are required, with willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing and distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Experience leading a warehouse or hub team.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work in shifts as schedules require.
• Strong administrative and hub operations skills with a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
