Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Hub Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including inbound/outbound, sorting, dispatch, inventory control, and KPI achievement.

You will lead briefing sessions, compile reports, support customer support escalations, and drive process improvements while coordinating with agency teams and handling payments. This role requires leadership in a warehouse environment and willingness to shift work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution, e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role in warehouse or hub environments
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations: parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI targets are met.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support team in call outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams.
• Perform other hub operation tasks as assigned.
