Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Logistics Operations Leader to manage hub and area fleet performance, enforce standards, and drive cross-functional process improvements. You will lead a remote-capable team, analyze performance data, and implement Six Sigma/Kaizen principles to raise KPIs and SLA adherence.

The role requires a degree, 5+ years in logistics, and proven leadership with a track record of delivering targeted improvements and change management across distributed hubs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of logistics experience; FMCG/3PL is a plus.
• Leadership experience leading a division or team.
• Process-driven mindset with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and quality principles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, listening and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads to meet regional standards.
• Enforce procedures and regulations across assigned hubs.
• Lead team briefings and regular performance reviews.
• Improve KPIs for productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Improve internal processes between hubs and Operations to enhance SLA.
• Implement new processes and lead growth initiatives.
• Lead a team to grow effectively and work cross-functionally.
• Conduct capacity planning and remote team management.
