Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Masbate City is seeking a Hub Operations Specialist to support day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management. You will collaborate with teams to ensure smooth first and last mile operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics, leadership in a hub setting, and proficiency in MS Office, with a mindset for continuous process improvement and accurate hub reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Leadership role in warehouse/hub preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations: inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to meet KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
