Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch in a fast-moving environment in the Philippines.

You will lead and train the store team, coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport, ensure SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, cycle counts and shrinkage control, and maintain safety and compliance.

Strong English and Tagalog communication, leadership, and basic IT skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership & team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination & communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
