Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a logistics professional to assist in day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control. You will conduct team briefings, monitor performance against KPIs, and help prepare hub reports.

The role requires leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment, at least 3 years in logistics, and payments processing exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years related experience in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
Experience leading in a warehouse or hub environment.
Experience in payments processing or similar function.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and able to do shift work.

Responsibilities

Assists in the day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
Conducts team briefings and documents minutes of the meeting.
Supports monitoring hub performance to meet KPI targets.
Creates, reviews and validates reports of the hub.
Assists Customer Support in resolving escalations.
Implements process improvement initiatives to increase hub productivity.
Handles payment transactions and related processes.
Coordinates with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams.
Performs other hub operation tasks as needed.
