Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a results-driven Hub Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile operations in Manila. The role involves coordinating dispatch, inbounding, sorting, and inventory control, while actively monitoring KPIs and productivity.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics or warehouse settings, with leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to work shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse/hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations for last mile and first mile activities.
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Support hub performance monitoring and KPI targets.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for oversight of agency teams.
• Perform other hub operation duties as needed.
