Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a dedicated Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day activities in the Manila hub. The role covers inbound/outbound parcel handling, dispatch, inventory control, and KPI monitoring to ensure productivity targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in logistics or warehousing, leadership experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to be assigned across the cluster and to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Experience leading a team in warehouse/hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or related function.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.
• Strong learning mindset and ability to handle hub operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile activities).
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and meet KPI targets.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for oversight.
• Perform other hub operation tasks as needed.
