Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a hub operations professional to support day-to-day activities across last mile and first mile operations in Manila. The role involves coordinating inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control while leading briefings and maintaining accurate hub reports.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in logistics or warehouse settings, preferably with leadership experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution, with e-commerce fulfillment experience a plus.
Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environments preferred.
Experience in payments processing or similar function is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Assist day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile), including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.
Lead team briefings and document meeting minutes.
Monitor hub performance and ensure KPI targets are met.
Create, review, and validate hub reports.
Support Customer Support in resolving escalations.
Lead process improvement projects to boost hub productivity.
Handle payment transactions and related processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators and oversee agency teams.
Perform other hub operation tasks as needed.
