Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor in Manila to support day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile functions. You will lead briefings, monitor KPIs, and drive productivity within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will also generate and review hub reports, assist in payments processing, coordinate with agencies, and contribute to process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics with leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work according to team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile activities).
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes.
• Monitors hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Assists Customer Support with escalations.
• Implements process improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators for overseeing agency teams.
• Other hub operation tasks.
