Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree holder.
3+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
Experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment.
Experience in payments processing or a similar function.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster; able to do shift work; strong learning mindset.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory).
Support monitoring of hub performance to meet KPIs with high productivity.
Create, review, and validate hub reports.
Assist Customer Support with calls to resolve escalations.
Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
Handle payment transactions and related processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
