Job summary

SPX Express in Metro Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned across the designated cluster; able to work shifts.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to handle administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations.
