Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.

You will monitor KPI performance, prepare hub reports, lead a team, and drive process improvements while supporting customer support escalations and payments processing. The role requires 3+ years in logistics with warehouse or hub leadership and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse and distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in designated cluster.
• Able to shift work according to team schedules.
• Willing to learn and handle hub administration tasks.
