Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations professional in Manila to support day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

You will monitor hub performance, review reports, assist customer support with escalations, and drive process improvements to boost productivity. Strong leadership, payments processing experience, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in leadership in warehouse/hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work according to team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset and handle administrative hub tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring hub performance to ensure high productivity and achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
