Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics or distribution with leadership experience in a warehouse or hub setting, and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned within the cluster is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work as per team schedules.
• Must have continuous learning mindset and handle hub operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile activities).
• Conduct team briefing and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and meet Hub KPIs.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for teams.
• Other hub operation tasks.
