Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a capable logistics hub professional to support day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, inventory management, and payments processing.

In this role you will lead in a warehouse/hub environment, drive productivity to meet KPIs, prepare hub reports, and collaborate with agency coordinators. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics are preferred; willingness to shift and be assigned across clusters is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership role experience in warehouse/hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster and work shifts as needed.
• Strong learning mindset and ability to handle hub administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory management).
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve KPIs and productivity.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations as needed.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub operation tasks as required.
