Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations professional to support day-to-day hub activities in a Manila-based facility. Responsibilities include inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, inventory management, and payments processing. The role requires leadership experience in a warehouse or hub setting and a readiness to work shifts.

The successful candidate will monitor KPIs, generate hub reports, coordinate with agency teams, and contribute to process improvements across the hub operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience leading teams in warehouse/hub environments is preferred.
• Experience with payments processing or similar function is required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile) including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch and inventory management.
• Monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalation calls.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform additional tasks to support hub operations.
