Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Lead to assist day-to-day hub activities, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.

You will coordinate with agency teams, handle payments processing, and support customer escalations while ensuring effective shift coverage across the designated cluster. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics are required; leadership experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work according to team schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, inventory).
• Support monitoring of hub performance and KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub operations tasks as required.
