Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Hub Operations professional to support day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management. You will help monitor hub performance and assist in resolving escalations to sustain high productivity across first and last mile processes.

The role involves creating and validating hub reports, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with agency teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution, with e-commerce fulfillment advantageous.
• Experience in leadership roles in warehouse or hub environments.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment

Experience in payments processing or similar function

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
