Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub operations across first and last mile activities, inventory management, and KPI-driven productivity.

You'll help monitor hub performance, create and validate hub reports, assist customer support with escalations, and drive process improvements including payments processing. Willingness to shift and be assigned across clusters is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or related function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts per team schedules.
• Continuously learning mindset; capable of administrative tasks in hub operations.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

Assist in day-to-day hub operations (both first and last mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.

Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.

Create, review, and validate Hub reports.

Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.

Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.

Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.

Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.

Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment

Experience in payments processing or similar function

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster

Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
