Job summary

Shopee is hiring an Operations Hub Supervisor in Metro Manila to support day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.

You will help monitor hub performance, create and validate hub reports, support customer escalations, and drive process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency across the hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution, e-commerce experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse or hub environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations: parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, inbounding and inventory.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations and calls as needed.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to boost hub productivity.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for oversight of agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (both first and last mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
