Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Department Operations Team Lead in Manila to oversee daily hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management. The role ensures Hub KPIs are met while supporting customer escalations and payment processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in logistics and leadership, proficient in MS Office, ready for shift work, and willing to be assigned within the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations.
