Job summary

Asian Terminals Incorporated (ATI) seeks a capable HSE Manager to plan, implement, organize, and lead its Health, Safety, and Environment management systems. You will enforce programs, provide technical support on HSE matters, and ensure compliance with Philippine safety standards.

The role requires a degree in business or engineering, basic HSE training, and experience in leading teams toward continuous safety improvements. A licensed practitioner is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering required.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health training required.
• Experience in monitoring team performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Accredited Safety Practitioner is preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine Safety Standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, organize, lead and enforce HSE management systems and programs.
• Provide support and technical assistance on Health, Safety, Environment matters.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
