Job summary

Asian Terminals Incorporated (ATI) seeks a capable HSE Manager to plan, implement, organize, and lead its Health, Safety, and Environment management systems. You will enforce programs, provide technical support on HSE matters, and ensure compliance with Philippine safety standards.

The role requires a degree in business or engineering, basic HSE training, and experience in leading teams toward continuous safety improvements. A licensed practitioner is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering required.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health training required.
• Experience in monitoring team performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Accredited Safety Practitioner is preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine Safety Standards.

Qualities, Skills and Experience

• Graduate of any Business or Engineering courses
• With Basic Occupational Safety and Health training
• With direct practical experience in monitoring team performance and compliance, providing leadership and building teamwork, and taking proactive steps to drive results and sustain continuous improvement.
• Preferably an accredited and duly licensed Safety Practitioner.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Safety Standards
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must have a valid driver's license
