Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Officer (OSH Standards) to ensure full compliance with Philippine OSH and environmental regulations across all Philippine entities. You will develop, implement and monitor HSE programs and promote a strong safety culture.

Key duties include safety audits, incident investigations, training delivery, record management and liaison with DOLE and DENR. This onsite, dayshift role aims to minimize risks and reinforce a proactive safety mindset

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSH standards and environmental laws in the Philippines.
• Experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations.
• Ability to organize OSH trainings and manage records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to OSH standards and other OSH laws in the Philippines.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain OSH programs and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks and review control measures.
• Investigate workplace incidents and report to DOLE; maintain incident records.
• Organize OSH trainings for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
• Manage OSH-related permits, documentation, and records as required by law.
• Oversee handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials per OSH standards.
• Serve as Safety Officer and support safety committee activities.
