Job summary

ADM Asia-Pacific Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead compliance, risk assessment, and safety initiatives across operations in the Philippines. You will ensure regulatory adherence and drive environmental, health, and safety excellence.

You will plan training, conduct audits, investigate incidents, maintain documentation, and collaborate with departments to embed safety into everyday work. A bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in EHS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar EHS role within manufacturing, construction, or energy.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and local environmental laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and incident investigations.
• Plan, organise, and deliver safety and environmental training.
• Maintain detailed EHS documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to embed safety measures into processes.
