Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc in the Philippines seeks an experienced HSE professional to oversee operational site safety and compliance across multiple locations. The role emphasizes regulatory knowledge, incident investigation, and continuous improvement.

You will lead governance of the HSE management system, support data-driven safety campaigns and audits, mentor site staff, and report performance to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of occupational safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, data gathering, planning, implementation and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on regulatory compliance, safety risk management, and incident investigation.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics from all sites, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and safety alerts across all locations to foster learning.
• Participate in audits and assessments to ensure conformance with the HSE Management System.
• Lead or support corporate HSE projects and initiatives, and develop/update policies and guidelines.
• Support maintenance and continual improvement of the Management Systems aligned with ISO standards.
