Job summary

Hitachi Rail Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project HSE Manager for the Manila-based MMSP. You will lead the HSE function, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements across the project.

The role demands a tertiary HSE qualification and 10+ years in a high-risk industry, with rail experience and strong English/Tagalog communication. Expect coordination with local and international stakeholders and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HSE with 10+ years in high-risk industry.
• Rail industry experience and client-facing role highly regarded.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE function for MMSP project.
• Develop and implement HSE strategies and plans.
• Maintain ISO safety and environmental accreditation.
• Oversee governance, monitoring, and inspections.
